This collection of five short movement sessions was created for exactly those days.
Each practice is around 15 minutes long and designed to help you release tension, move more comfortably, and reconnect with your body without pressure, intensity, or complicated routines.

These sessions are intentionally simple and accessible. No previous Pilates experience is needed, and all you need is a mat and a little space to move.
