  • I've done Anna’s 7-week pilates programme and really enjoyed it! The classes were fun and varied and I loved the mix of strength, mobility, and technique. The mini workouts are a fabulous way to get moving during the day! I’ve been doing yoga and barre for years, but Anna’s classes have helped me discover new ways of connecting with and being aware of my body (all that sweet sweet spinal articulation).   • 7-Week online pilates program with Anna. First of all, I’m not an online guy at all. I like to live IRL. But you have to adapt to the new world so why not try an online course, how bad could it be? Not bad at all, not bad at all. If I was living in the countryside and only had access to Annas videos classes, I would be more than happy! Anna is not only skilful but also very pedagogic. To follow her class is easy as the instructions and what happens on the screen are synchronised. What I like most of this 7-week program is the inspiration. Anna's passion for her work is so present in the videos that you start smiling at the screen and just keep working. It's not IRL but Anna's online program is versatile, it’s a way to improve your strength and posture. Highly recommended!
