PRIVATE TRAINING

There might be many reasons why you are curious to do Pilates. Are you struggling with pain? Or perhaps you are looking for a whole-body system to support you in your rehab? Maybe you simply want to get stronger and invest into maintaining a healthy physique?

In private training sessions, it will be just you and me, uninterrupted. You will work out following a tailored exercise plan just for you and you can count on me supporting and cheering you on every step of the way. I will literally tell you your wins each and every session because due to the effectiveness of the privates, there are developments in each & every session.


This is the straightest way to results as the sessions are curated based on your personal needs & all corrections apply to you specifically. Our sessions involve a series of exercises performed on specialised Pilates apparatus such as the reformer and on mat to enhance the movements in a variety of positions.

DUET SESSIONS

Are you most motivated working out with a friend or your partner? Duets are sessions for 2 people. Spend 55 minutes on the mat together & keep each other motivated & accountable to actually show up to your weekly training.

MOTIVATED TO TAKE ACTION?

My clients hold fixed & regular weekly private training sessions at specific times. This way they are able to create their personal schedules around their Pilates session in each week to keep up a regular training routine that leads to REAL RESULTS.

I currently offer private training sessions on Tuesday evenings, Thursdays & Sundays. A few more lunch options might become available at the end of the year or when my regulars cannot attend their weekly session.
