SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES

Semi-private classes are small group classes. I like to keep my groups small to be able to offer a high-quality training experience where I can give personal attention to each participant. We train on and off mats with various training props to challenge you and give you an in-depth approach to each exercise.

We all work differently. If you are someone getting fired up and inspired most by the hyped up energy only a group effort can create, then this training type is definitely for you!

ON ACCOUNTABILITY

FIXED WEEKLY SESSIONS WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACTUALLY SHOWING UP FOR YOUR TRAINING WEEK AFTER WEEK.
