A personalised program designed specifically for your body and goals.
We begin with a private online assessment session where we look at movement patterns, pain history, lifestyle and capacity. Based on this, I record three customised 20-minute sessions for you to keep and practice independently.
The program is designed to be followed for 8–12 weeks.
After that, progression requires a new program.So, when you’re ready to progress, we meet again for a new assessment and update your program with another recorded set — allowing your training to evolve safely and intelligently over time.
Ideal for clients who enjoy flexibility, structure, and long-term self-practice with professional guidance.

Personal Training sessions must be paid in advance. After payment, you’ll receive instructions and access to book your preferred dates via the booking calendar.

Single sessions are valid for 3 months from purchase; a 3-session package is valid for 6 months. If a session is not booked within those windows, it expires without refund.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

Absolutely! Online PT with me is adapted to your current ability and goals — we start where you are and build from there.

Yes — sessions may be transferred to another person before their expiration date.
Please email me (info@annakirs.com) with the new participant’s full name and email address. The remaining sessions will be reassigned once confirmed.
Transferred sessions remain subject to the original expiration date and booking policy.

In most cases, yes. After 4–8 weeks of practice, your body will be ready for progression.
An updated program includes:
• 1 new Personal Training session
• 3 new tailored recordingsThis is booked and paid for as a new cycle. Personal Programs are not subscription-based — each phase is purchased separately.
Think of it as working in structured phases. Each phase builds on the previous one.
