BUT if you have any at-home workout equipment, we can eventually use it to make your sessions more fun & dynamic. -

All levels are welcome — sessions are tailored to your needs.
When purchasing a session or a package, you get to share your reasons for taking up Pilates. Sharing a little bit with me in advance will help me prepare our session in terms of level better. -
This depends on your goals, capacity and schedule. Some clients train weekly or twice a week, others biweekly or in short focused periods. We’ll find a rhythm that supports consistency without overload.
But keep in mind, if you are a beginner or returning to exercise after a break, I would recommend starting with a minimum of 1 session per week or more to lay a good foundation.

Yes — sessions are always adapted to your body, history and current capacity.
If you have injuries, pain or medical considerations, we’ll adjust exercises accordingly. If you’re unsure whether Pilates is appropriate for you, feel free to contact me before booking.
