The Method

Each month, we move through three sessions that represent three movement states:

PILATES MATWORK

  • This session organises your body around the centre. It is where you focus on structure first.

    The session is a focused mat Pilates built on alignment, timing, and precise strength.

    A 50-minute class leaves you feeling taller, energised & worked out.

  • PILATES MATWORK session is held on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 12.00 online.

    Participants can:

    • Join live and stay for a 10-minute refinement window (Q&A)
    • And/Or access the recording for 30 days (sent to everyone booked)

  • You can drop into a single session & get 30 days access to the recording.

FUNCTIONAL FLOWS

  • This session adjusts how your body works. Think of it as fine-tuning your body.

    Through breath-led mobility, smart stretches and controlled sequencing, we reduce excess tension and improve coordination.

    A 50-minute class leaves you feeling lighter & energised.

  • FUNCTIONAL FLOWS session is held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 12.00 online.

    Participants can:

    • Join live and stay for a 10-minute refinement window (Q&A)
    • And/Or access the recording for 30 days (sent to everyone booked)

  • You can drop into a single session & get 30 days access to the recording.

    Inspired by the long lines of ballet, informed by barre-like pulsing & built upon the Pilates principles, this class is when it all comes together through coordinated & choreographed sequences.

    A 50-minute class leaves you feeling not only energised but sweaty & wanting more.

this is how the membership works

  • The Membership runs in 3-month cycles which means, it is a 3-month minimum commitment.
    Every month includes three live sessions.

    Sessions are held live online every Tuesday at 12:00. Practice before the afternoon “shift” at home begins.

    Join live or watch the replay within 30 days.
    When the new cycle begins, the previous one is replaced, one session at a time. That way you will always have access to 3 recordings each month.

    The goal isn’t to build a collection.
    It’s to build a practice.

  • The Mini Library is a support tool for members only.

    Short sessions designed to:
    • Refine your form
    • Release tension
    ( low back, neck & shoulders, pelvic floor & jaw, hip flexors)
    • Support your practice between sessions

    It grows slowly and intentionally - just like your own practice evolves.

  • As a Signature Member, you can book a 45-minute Personal Check-In at a reduced rate (495 kr) once in every cycle.

    Use it to refine form, address specific issues, and receive personalised corrections to strengthen your practice inside the monthly cycle.

FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP

For the first 20 members joining the Signature Sessions, a limited founding rate is available.

Founding members receive:

• A reduced monthly rate of 595 SEK

• The ability to retain this rate for as long as their membership remains active

• Via Signature Membership benefits - Founding Members receive:
- Immediate access to 3–4 Mini Sessions
- New additions added monthly
- Reduced rate for Personal Precision Sessions in every 3-month cycle

Once closed, membership returns to the standard rate.
This is my way of acknowledging early commitment to a practice that will grow over time.

In April, all sessions are built around Rotation & Core Integration — it teaches your ribs, spine, and hips to move together when you twist, reach, and move through life. Expect slower, flowing work that softens unnecessary holding and helps the body find ease in rotation again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • After purchase, you’ll receive a link to our online booking calendar where you can choose which weekly session you want to attend. Once you’ve booked a time, you’ll receive the Google Meet link in a follow-up email.

  • No worries — all sessions have a replay available a few hours after class which is accessible for 30 days. Drop-in access expires after 60 days from purchase if not used.

  • A Drop-In gives you access to one live Tuesday session and its replay. Membership gives you access to all weekly sessions, replays, Mini Library, plus one discounted quarterly Personal Precision Session — and comes with a three-month minimum commitment.

  • Yes — after your initial three-month commitment you can cancel anytime before the next billing date. We also offer one pause of 1–3 months per year by request.

  • All you really need is a mat and a little floor space.

    I often use a small inflatable Pilates ball and occasionally a resistance band to add feedback, support, or challenge — but they are never required. I always offer options so you can follow along with or without equipment.

    Recommended (optional): small inflatable Pilates ball, light to medium resistance band.

  • We aim to make movement accessible, but online classes are limited in hands-on correction. If you’re dealing with injuries, postpartum recovery, or significant pain, check with a health professional before participating.
