Teacher Training & Supervised Practice
For Pilates trainees, instructors, and studios seeking thoughtful movement education, supervised practice, intelligent programming, and sustainable teaching development.
Developing as a movement teacher requires more than learning exercises and choreography. It involves understanding how movement is experienced in the body, how progression is built over time, how to adapt teaching to different people, and how to create classes that feel structured, supportive & safe.
My work combines over 10 years of teaching experience alongside a background in comprehensive Pilates education, dance pedagogy, rehabilitation-informed movement, postural support, nervous-system aware teaching, and health science.
I offer both:
embodied supervised training for teachers and trainees
educational support for instructors and studios
with a calm, intelligent, and highly individualised approach.
Supervised Training for Teachers & Trainees
These sessions allow instructors and trainees to experience movement in their own bodies while also developing a deeper understanding of:
programming structure
pacing and progression
cueing and communication
modifications and regressions
class architecture
intelligent sequencing
nervous-system aware teaching approaches
movement quality and observation
Sessions may include:
mat Pilates
reformer-based work
barre-inspired movement
mobility and strength work
rehabilitation-informed support
posture and movement awareness
This approach supports both personal practice and professional development simultaneously.

My MissionMy goal is not simply to teach exercises, but to support the development of thoughtful, adaptable, and observant movement professionals who understand how to work with real people and real bodies in a sustainable and intelligent way.
Alongside structure, technical understanding, and movement quality, I also deeply value creativity, curiosity, and the ability to teach responsively rather than rigidly. I believe strong teaching comes from combining clear foundations with observation, adaptability, communication, and the confidence to evolve both practice and programming over time.
The aim is not perfection, but developing teachers who can think critically, move intelligently, and create supportive movement experiences that feel both grounded and human.
