WEEK 1: Core Stability Pt.1

In this sequence, we will take it nice and easy. Simple movements will test the stability of your core (pelvis and torso). The more you practice, the steadier the movements become, the deeper and thorougher the core activation, and the easier it becomes to isolate movements within your body.

Important Note: Do not take these simple movements for granted when you first start out. Treat these sessions with utmost determination and do your best to perform the exercises as precisely as you can. Have your core breaths as the center piece of the practice.
