Welcome to another core-focussed session with me!
All of these exercises are designed to be a soft progression to the more basic class you started your journey from within this program.
I urge you to do your absolute best not to compromise that deep core connection to perform these movements. If you feel that it is near impossible for you to do this while staying connected though your core breaths, you might want to consider practicing the basics a little longer before giving it another go.
