WEEK 2: Glutes & Abs
On the abs department, we will further explore the stability cross-body presses can offer you, and load the abs by introducing you to a new exercise - Toe Taps.
The important aspect in performing Toe Taps is being very aware of the limitations of your performance. This is an exercise that does not only challenge your deep core connection but one that also challenges your focus. You will need to determine what is your range of motion at this time where you're able to remain fully activated through your TVA (i.e. transversus abdominis) while moving the legs. You do not wish to sacrifice that core engagement for the sake of taking your feet further down.
